Elf is about elf that finds out he’s a human and when he was little Santa went to an orphanage and Buddy (played by Will Ferrell) crawled into Santa’s toy bag and he went to the North Pole. Buddy was raised as an elf he thought he was the same as everyone else till his adopted father told him he is human. Buddy decides he wants to go to New York City to see his real dad. The only thing Buddy knew about his dad is where he worked. Once Buddy gets to New York City he finds the empire state building where he meets his dad but his dad thinks he is a Christmas gram. Buddies father didn’t believe him so he had a DNA test done and he realized that Buddy was his son. Buddy try to live his life as a human but he cant help him self. Buddy forms a bond between his father’s family which his he doesn’t approve of. Though out this whole movie there are many funny scenes to try to get his dad to accept him and to love him. Will Ferrell is one of my favorite actors. He did a great job in this film. To see a trailer click here.

I remember seeing this movie. It was another goofy Will Ferrell movie but not as hilarious as the other movies he has been in. He is also one of my favorite comedian/actors. For a Christmas comedy it was pretty good.
ReplyDeleteThis one of my favorite Christmas movies and I always watch it this time of year. I remember a couple of years ago when they played this movie on the same channel for 24 hours straight. I also think that Will Ferrell did a really good job in the movie.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of absolute favorite holiday movies! Every time I watch it I get a good laugh. I think that Will Ferrell did a great job in this movie. He is always really funny and entertaining. The first time I saw it I loved it and to this day I still do.
ReplyDeleteThis is by far one of my favorite comedies and Christmas movies. Even though it is for the most part stupid humor, I still found it to be absolutely hilarious no matter what else anyone say. There are so many different parts in this movie that were good that I can even begin to recount them for you. I am very pleased that you chose this movie. Great Christmas season pick! You can never go wrong with a Will Ferrel movie. Hopefully he will continue to make great comedies just as he has already. I'll keep my expectations high and hope see some new movies of his. ReplyDeleteThis is one of the cutest and funniest movies ever. I can watch this movie over and over again and never get sick of it. This movie shows the true meaning of holidays, especially Christmas. Buddy does some pretty weird things in this movie that you will never see anyone do. I like when he eats his pasta with a lot of syrup and candy.
